The resort is a calm, neat haven with polite staff and a very clean, nature‑filled environment that feels wonderful; bring family and friends, and special thanks to Ankur sir for everything and for acting immediately.

The location was good, but the cottages, while clean, had poor‑quality furniture and the food was average.

Sterling Orient Woods was close to both our safari gates—Teliya and Khursapar—and was one of the more comfortable wildlife resorts; we experienced normal power cuts near the national park that were brief, and the kids enjoyed the play area and pool; the restaurant menu wasn't the most exquisite but the staff were helpful, making it a solid family spot in Pench.

The experience at Sterling Orient Woods Pench was very disappointing: the huts are poorly insulated and feel like ovens even with AC running continuously; a single AC is clearly insufficient, and no extra cooling like coolers or fans was provided; the rooms appeared overall poorly maintained; after raising the issue, the manager failed to address it or offer a solution, so it was not worth the stay or the money.
