The hotel turned out to be a solid pick for a Wuxi visit, sitting in a pleasant neighbourhood close to the Nanchang Temple scenic area and Nanchang Street. My room was tastefully decorated and spotless, the breakfast offered a wide mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and the staff were both friendly and attentive.

The breakfast offered a great selection of food and drinks, and the room was nice, calm, and very quiet; the bottled water at the front desk is perfect for travelers from abroad who are used to drinkable tap water. The jacuzzi was not working during our stay, and one dish had a very fishy taste, though the chef insisted there were no strong spices; overall, the stay was very good and positive.

The staff were excellent, especially Warren and Aria, who resolved many issues despite communication difficulties; the room was excellent and the hotel location was good. The breakfast, priced at 14 dollars, is too expensive compared to outside prices.
