Room condition is not good and momnent change hotel transfer to another hotel. room inside rat is running. Room is not clean. i book this hotel is my big mistake and also waste of money. Nothing do like this hotel. sgtaaf behaviour is also not good. i already paid payment on booking time they also said please payment 2 3 times

I'm still trying to process the absolute chaos I experienced at this hotel. The staff seemed completely uninterested in providing a decent stay, and the lack of a lift meant I had to lug my bags up and down the stairs. To top it off, the room was a disaster - dirty and smelling of stale air. It was a really unpleasant experience from start to finish.

The location of this hotel was a major plus - it's right near New Delhi station, which made it super convenient for getting around. However, things quickly went downhill when I was told that I couldn't have the room I'd booked, and was instead forced to pay extra for a separate room for my female cousin. It was a really frustrating and unfair experience.

The bed at this hotel was actually really comfortable, which was a nice surprise given the other issues I had. However, the bathroom was a bit of a letdown - it was missing some of the amenities that were listed as being available, and there was no chair to sit on. To make matters worse, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep in the sweltering heat.
