“A gem of a place!”

An absolute gem of a place! From the moment we booked until we left, everything was superb. Giovani was extremely helpful with advice on how to get to and from the airport, where to eat, local breakfast spots, and what to see and do. The room itself was perfect – small, as expected in Venice, but impeccably designed and spotless. The area is lovely, quiet, and peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying here. No complaints.

The host was incredibly helpful and communicative, and the room was updated, clean, and modern. I loved the neighborhood—it was quieter than the more touristy areas.

The room was cute and comfortable, and the host was lovely, offering great recommendations. The place was central, just a short walk to everything, and they had luggage lockers for after checkout, which we didn’t use but appreciated. Coffee, tea, and snacks were available in the communal area, and there were plates, cups, wine glasses, a wine opener, and flatware. A communal fridge was also present, and the air conditioning was controlled but available. We booked the double room with balcony, and I’m pretty sure the first picture with the woman is AI—the balcony wasn’t roomy enough to stand on like that. Other than that, there was also a communal balcony area that we enjoyed.

The location, the view, the great reception, and the host’s friendliness were all excellent. Nothing to complain about.
