The location was good, about 10 minutes from the cathedral, and the hotel even had a pool and outdoor seating. The room was far below 4‑star quality: the beds were sagging, the sofa was in bad shape, the bathroom felt like a 3‑star room, a foul smell came from the ventilation, the furnishings were lackluster, and it was one of the worst rooms in a supposedly 4‑star hotel we had stayed in.

“Amazing!”

The location is fantastic! The staff were amazing from check‑in to check‑out, and the rooftop bar offered a spectacular view. It costs a bit more than some other places, but you definitely get what you pay for. I would stay here again!

The only highlights were the breakfast area and the very kind lady who worked there. The building suffered from poor maintenance: dirty walls, old doors, grimy curtains, a small bathroom, and old towels with unpleasant odors.

“Great room and location!”

Our room was on the 5th floor and was absolutely gorgeous! Very large oversized balcony with a beautiful view, big beautiful bathroom and king size bed that was very comfortable! The rooftop deck had beautiful Views and the pool (cold plunge!) was a great way to refresh after a long day walking. Breakfast was really nice and the service overall was excellent! The location is very central and perfect for walking all over Florence !!! I hated to leave and we’d stay here again 100%!!!
