The location was good, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired; old clients’ trash was still on the floor, and the overall tidiness seemed acceptable for Indians but not for Europeans. The cleaning felt superficial, and the elevator and hallway were messy. The hotel also refused to give me a receipt for my stay.

This place offers good value if you just need a bed and a washroom, with AC, a clean bed and a clean washroom. The location isn’t ideal, and the approach is awkward. There was no reception or staff present, and the windows had no curtains. In the afternoon we were locked out because the main doors to the rooms were shut and the key holder had left.

The new property is close to a beach—450 m away—and is very clean with lower prices. There were no issues.
