The location is excellent for quickly reaching destinations around the Ring in Munich, and the selection and freshness of the food were good, but the air‑conditioning was too loud, so I had to turn it off to actually fall asleep.

“Tolles Hotel etwas ausserhalb von München.”

We chose a hotel a little outside the city to avoid the hustle and to drive there easily. The parking garage was spacious and well‑kept, though €17 per day felt a bit steep. The U‑Bahn stop was about an eight‑minute walk away, linking us nicely to the centre. We had to change rooms because the air‑conditioning in the ground‑floor maisonette didn’t cool the upper sleeping area, but they promptly offered us another room. Breakfast was generous with a tasty, varied buffet, and the “coffee‑to‑go” cups were perfect for the journey home. I would have liked to try the gym, which is always a bonus. The first room on the ground floor was uncomfortably warm; the AC only cooled the lower part of the maisonette and the windows couldn’t be opened, whereas the second‑floor room was much more comfortable, though the air‑conditioning was somewhat noisy and kept humming for at least 30 minutes after being switched off.

“Evvai!”

The staff were helpful, the breakfast was good, the location was convenient, the services were fine, and the room was well equipped, but unfortunately the room had no windows and I often smelled a sewer odor.

The hotel is close to the U‑bahn, but the toilet was dirty.

The place was very good, but the restaurant was missing – it would have been nice to have at least one evening sandwich.
