The location is excellent, the room is nice with a comfortable and large bed, and the staff are very friendly ☺️ The breakfasts could use a bit more polish.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us after our car hire went badly and we were forced to arrive at 8 am; they had us in our room by 10 am.

The front‑desk staff are available and pleasant. The shower is spacious, the view is good, and the breakfast (the sweet side could be improved) is decent. The hotel is well‑situated in old Tbilisi, though the noise from neighboring rooms and the street is noticeable.
