I arrived on 08/09 at 21:00 with my boyfriend and was very well received by a super‑polite receptionist. On 10/9 I left the room key for cleaning, and the next day I missed my golden Casio watch; my boyfriend and I rode from Rio to Salvador by motorcycle to enjoy some islands, so we had little time to explore places, and I only noticed the watch was missing in the room when I returned to Rio yesterday and couldn't find it among my belongings.

The staff provided excellent service, but there was no breakfast, no shade on the poolside, and the pool was dirty.

There was nothing good; the hotel is really ugly. I didn't like anything—the listing shows nice photos, but it's actually a very ugly place, with no restaurant, no breakfast, no lunch, no dinner, and overall very bad.
