The location is great, with a café, shops, and the Dubai beach nearby, plus a quick 10‑minute stroll to the city centre – no issue there. The animal farm is a bonus: goats, parrots, and other animals are just a short walk away, so you can stroll down and see the whole zoo. The elevator is a plus, especially since my room was on the third floor. The room itself is small, but if you’re out all day and just need a place to sleep, it’s fine. There’s free parking on the property with plenty of spots. The entrance opens from noon to midnight, which is handy because the beach and sunset are right there. On the downside, the climate fee is slightly higher on site (about 3.5 zł per person per day) compared to the 2.5 zł listed on Booking. It’s a small difference, but nobody fixed it, which is a bit disappointing. The sloped ceilings on the third floor were a bit of a surprise and made my head tilt a bit – they shouldn’t count towards the room’s square footage. Water pressure on the third floor varies; sometimes it’s great, other times there’s no water at all, which is a real drawback. The toilet flush didn’t work initially, but after reporting it, we went out to the town and everything was fine when we returned.

The staff were friendly, and the modern standard was clean and up‑to‑date, right up to the knife edge.

The beach is very close. The grounds are lovely, with horses, parrots, and chickens. Note that reaching the beach requires climbing 90 steps. Also, there’s no gas station in the village; you have to drive about 20 km to refuel. The facilities are outdated, and the beds are very hard.

The room was very clean and close to the sea and other attractions. The downside was that the chimney was too close to the window, so smoke from the chimney unfortunately drifted into the room.
