“Pleasant stay but not value for money. Reasons 1 ) no hot water when needed and hotel not available”

Very good—there was a variety of items to choose from. Unfortunately, in the mornings when we showered there was no hot water, just warm. I later discovered that hot water was available in the late afternoon.

The calm, the charm of the hotel in its huge garden, and the quality of the equipment were all great. The room was huge. Overall a very nice hotel to rest away from the bustle of Luxor. The room was very dark, semi‑buried on one side and poorly insulated from the alleyway. The staff were very friendly, but not always efficient.

A truly stunning and captivating place with a unique charm; the gardens are gorgeous, the décor refined, and the rooms nicely furnished. The staff are incredibly kind, always smiling and attentive. The food is excellent, with sophisticated and tasty dishes. It’s a characterful establishment that makes you feel transported out of time. However, given the advertised standing and the price paid, we expected flawless service, which unfortunately wasn’t always the case. A request for extra water in the room was never fulfilled. We also booked both of our restaurants in advance, yet our tables weren’t ready when we arrived, and in the second restaurant the manager even forgot about us. These seemingly minor details should not happen in a hotel of this category.

“Oasis en mitad del desierto”

Peaceful relaxation, spacious and well‑decorated rooms. The breakfast was exceptional, the pool a paradise, and the spa very comfortable with great service.
