The staff at this hotel were friendly and competent, which made my stay enjoyable.

Breakfast on the terrace was great. The large room was nice with plenty of storage. Occasionally a cleaning should happen, not just after a request.
The staff were friendly and kind, breakfast was tasty with a wide variety. The location was perfect and the parking cost 3 € which was fine. The bar with snacks was great. The water in the large pool was a bit cold. The big double bed had two mattresses that slipped apart.
We enjoyed the pool and sauna; breakfast was okay, but for a four‑star hotel one could expect more. Unfortunately there was no on‑site restaurant. The rooms were old: mattresses were poor, blankets were hard to cover, the shower head was tiny, the shower tray hung on a single screw, and the curtain rod fell off the back of the rail. Guests arriving by train would appreciate a shuttle that could be ordered from the hotel. The staff was thinly spread, the bar was only open a short time, and the drink selection was modest.
