The manager at reception performed confusing manipulations during check‑in: the room was cancelled, money was refunded to my card, then I had to re‑register and pay again, which was unclear. Previously everything had been paid through Booking.

The new, personal breakfast and location were positive, but the location and facilities were amazing, especially the sausages at breakfast.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was spacious, the restaurant great, breakfast delicious, the hotel area spotless and well maintained, parking ample. However, there was no kettle or fridge, and the pillows and blankets were already due for replacement.
