We stayed as a family in a three‑bedroom room that felt very cozy, with exceptionally comfortable beds, and the staff were unusually friendly; the cleanliness was impeccable. I was disappointed, however, when I discovered that the advertised King suite, which promised a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, actually had no sofa bed and we had to settle for the triple room.

The rooms appeared to have been recently renovated, were clean and tidy, but the view from the side of the hotel was disappointing because it faced a large parking lot.

We liked the location and the staff, who were always very courteous and attentive; everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I didn’t like that we couldn’t use the suite with a sofa bed in the living room, because the living room lacked a sofa bed and the room wasn’t suitable for three adults. They gave us the triple room, which had very comfortable beds but reduced our privacy.

The manager was amazing! He called the police on our behalf to recover a missing item from a taxi when we arrived, and we got the item back thanks to the hotel and police. Thank you so much! Nothing else to add.

All the equipment is complete and the place is clean. Some reception staff were a bit stern and showed a bad expression when we asked or didn’t understand the language, but most staff are polite and courteous.
