The room was filthy and poorly maintained, with spiders, insects, heavy dust, possible mold, damaged walls and fixtures, and large gaps that let insects in; after reporting the problems we were moved to another room that also had cleanliness issues, and the property refused to refund us.

The spot was spot on, and the front desk team was super friendly and helpful. The room, however, was filthy—our kids walked around in socks for 2 minutes and those socks were nasty, so we had to make them wear shoes for the rest of the stay. The waterpark was a major letdown; the water was cold and cloudy. Ventilation was terrible and the chemical scent burned our eyes. The outdoor pool didn’t help much, but at least it was outside and we could breathe a bit better. The room’s air conditioner made a horrible noise and didn’t seem to dry the room, leaving everything damp.
