Close to all amenities and the center, and 10 minutes from the station. The room was spacious with a bathroom, enough for 1–2 stays. I think the bedding could have been cleaner.

They charged my credit card twice; I’ve written and called but they don’t answer, and it’s impossible that they charge after I’ve already left.

The area isn’t really nice. We arrived and didn’t have the room code. The building is quite old and rundown.

The location is good, the room was clean. There was no air conditioning, replaced by a small, poorly working fan. I was only told about the lack of towels after booking, and if I’d wanted them I’d have to pay an extra 5€ per person. There was also no small fridge to keep at least one bottle of cold water.

It’s a very comfortable place to stay in La Spezia, 10 minutes on foot from the station where all trains to Cinque Terre depart. There are also nice places to eat nearby. The room and bathroom are very new and everything was super clean. The value for money didn’t appeal to me. It was a nice and comfortable place, but we paid a lot for it. What is true is that there are few options in La Spezia and even so it’s still much cheaper than staying in Cinque Terre.
