“Good experience for couple”
We stayed for three nights to celebrate my partner’s birthday, but we booked during the haze period. The hotel’s facilities and services left a good impression: staff were friendly, and when I asked for water bottles and an ice bucket, they delivered them to my room in 10 minutes. They also helped us set up birthday decorations quickly. The location is ideal, close to restaurants offering Italian, Greek, Mediterranean, and Korean food within walking distance, and a 20‑minute walk to Suria KLCC—cabs are not recommended because traffic around KLCC is always congested. Check‑in and check‑out were quick, taking only 3–5 minutes. My partner and I were very satisfied with the services and the stay, and we’ll return for another staycation.
