The stay was comfortable overall, with the room being clean, spacious, and well maintained. The housekeeping team did a great job, and the room provided a pleasant and relaxing experience. However, the Food & Beverage experience fell well below expectations and could benefit from significant improvement. The breakfast buffet lacked both variety and flavor, with nearly the same selection being served every day. The menu, in general, was quite ordinary and did not offer any standout dishes or memorable dining experiences. Given that the hotel is in Goa, I was particularly disappointed that there were no authentic Goan delicacies available during my stay. Showcasing local cuisine would not only enrich the guest experience but also give visitors a true taste of the region

The rooms didn’t meet expectations; they had a strange odor and were changed, yet still had a lot of mold. They’re very old and not the best. The staff were not great, except for the security guard who was very good 😊.

This place is incredible! The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast had a great variety, taste, and service. Everything else was amazing. Room service was quick, efficient, and always punctual. The pool was lovely and well kept. The staff were warm, courteous, and helpful throughout. The hotel is a 10‑minute walk from Vagator beach and near good cafés. The transport options the hotel recommended were excellent, especially the cabs from Divyesh and his team. Overall, this hotel epitomizes luxury and comfort—from rooms to food and service, everything was outstanding. We had a wonderful stay, and a special thanks to Sougata Banerjee from housekeeping for his timely service. Minor issues included a bathroom door that was hard to open and occasional forgetfulness by staff during breakfast, but these were trivial compared to the overall quality.

The room was lovely with a great bed, the pool was nice, and the staff were friendly. The loud techno music at the pool early in the evening disrupted the tranquil atmosphere.
