“Gute Lage freundliche Menschen und schöne Umgebung”
The pool was great, the staff were friendly, the place was clean and well equipped, the food was very good, and everything was fine.

Schöne Lage, gutes Essen, schöne Poolanlgage, bequemes Zimmer. Gutes Hotel geeignet für Kurztrip ins Tessin. Frühstück etwas mager. Pool sollte am morgen zum schwimmen bereit sein. Nicht erst um halb 10
The free bus transport card was essential and used, especially because the main shopping area was downhill; the cleaning staff were very helpful, breakfast was good with fresh‑squeezed orange juice, scrambled eggs and the usual continental options, and the AC was used to the maximum; the transport from the train station to the hotel cost $25 CHF, and it would have been nice to know about the city bus card upon arrival; one front‑desk staff member offered little to no help with English‑speaking TV channels or bus route information.

The staff were pleasant and smiling, including the cleaning ladies, and they took extra care even for your pet (petting, water bowl, and small treats with your consent); the room was very beautiful and comfortable with a small balcony, the bathroom was immaculate, everything was very clean; breakfast was very complete and tasty, the restaurant was very good, and everything was by the pool which was very enjoyable.
