Booking tried to sell me a night at a hotel that has been closed for months! Thanks! For safety I will never use that platform again.
The spot is in the city center, close to the shuttle and the beaches, take the ANCV. The staff seems almost non‑existent, apparently no concierge. Check‑in hours are limited and late check‑in is only from 18:00 to 23:00, with a text message required for an appointment. There is no staff for check‑out. The room was not maintained for the week, no towel or toilet paper restocking. The air conditioning is leaking and non‑functional. There is no ceiling light, no bedside lamp. The hotel and restaurant are a phantom, so breakfast and dining are in town. Very disappointing, since the place used to be welcoming and lively.
They barely gave us any service—no towels, no hygiene products, and the room was never cleaned.

The location is quiet yet right in the heart of Lit-et-Mixe, the parking is free, the room size, the bathroom, and the separate toilet are all great. The breakfast has to be taken in the bar across the street because the restaurant is closed.
