I can’t praise our stay enough! The views were spectacular, the staff were kind and welcoming, the rooms were beautifully decorated with great air‑conditioning, it was perfectly quiet yet in a great location, and the downstairs food was delicious.

When I booked, I thought the room would be charged in full two days before arrival, but on arrival we were told the room was already taken. Luckily a larger room with a view was available, but we were asked to pay $267 to stay there. We settled for $200, perhaps because I accidentally clicked “pay at the hotel” instead of “pay now” and didn’t budget the extra. That said, the room turned out fine – we had an ocean view and a balcony to enjoy it, and I saw the most beautiful sunrise from there. The downstairs restaurant was excellent and practically on the beach. The concierge was very friendly, and the staff were friendly. The hotel entrance was hard to find and the surrounding roads were confusing.

We were greeted with such warmth from the staff that it felt like home! We booked the penthouse for my husband’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to decorate the room flawlessly for the occasion. Betty is a real gem—always ready to help with ride bookings or excursion questions. The room was spotless; not a speck of dust in sight, and the maids arrived every morning to clean, showing meticulous attention to detail. We didn’t find anything we disliked; the property is intimate and quiet, exactly what we wanted.

I chose the penthouse and it was worth every penny; the view was absolutely breathtaking. The hot tub works fine, just needs a moment for the bubbles to build.
