Renovated from a 12th‑century house, Dimora I Manichei sits on a hillside within Monforte d’Alba’s historic centre. Guests enjoy an outdoor pool with sun terrace, free Wi‑Fi, and air‑conditioned rooms showcasing stone walls, wooden beams, and optional kitchenettes. Bathrobes and slippers add comfort. Turin lies 75 km away; Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport is under two hours’ drive.

The rooms were gorgeous in the historic center, and the pool was lovely; the triple room was actually a double with an added crib.

The spot and the views from the pool area are fantastic, and the apartment is clean, well presented, and spacious both downstairs and upstairs, but it’s very dark with little natural light and feels overpriced despite the amazing location.

The location was good, Marco was very welcoming, but the kitchen was minimal and there was no freezer.

The accommodation is nicely situated in the city centre, the room feels cosy and authentically decorated in an old style, the bathroom is lovely and there’s a small swimming pool right outside the back door, and Marco was kind to help during the stay, yet the room lighting was a bit poor with flickering LEDs, the fridge didn’t work, and the terrace is next to the trash bin and where people pass through.
