Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The décor was sublime, the pool was warm and pleasant, the place felt magical, and the materials were of exceptional quality. The access system needed improvement—it was too complicated, and I had to help three couples who were stuck; honestly, the system was impossible. The room number 3 should be revisited; add a pendant with the number 3 that matches the décor.

Sleeping in a stone room was exceptional. The instructions for the self‑check‑in need to be revised. A dog barked continuously from 5 am, and the neighborhood was a bit noisy.

The location is perfect for all the sights you need to see in Ostuni. The room blends the historical legacy with contemporary design details beautifully. The bed and linens are excellent. There is no breakfast.

The location. The door opening was frustrating, and the smell was awful.

The rooms are very beautiful and just minutes from the old town. There is no staff on site, and the online check‑in through an app was somewhat cumbersome.
