I loved that my bed had a heating feature, it was super cozy. However, we had a pretty disappointing experience in the restaurant - it was freezing in there, so we ended up eating our dinner in the room instead.

I had a bit of a noisy stay, the door closing from the outside was super loud.

The staff I met really seemed to care and were trying their best, which was great to see. Unfortunately, the room was a major letdown - it didn't even meet my lowest expectations.

I had a great experience at this hotel, the staff were super helpful and accommodating, the rooms were really clean and spacious, and the food was great too. Overall, I was really happy with my stay.
