The highlight of my stay at King Tut Aqua Park Beach Resort was the outstanding care from Mohamed Hassan, the Rooms Division Manager. He was approachable, attentive and genuinely committed to ensuring I had a comfortable stay. A few minor hiccups arose, but Mohamed took personal responsibility for resolving them and followed through with care and professionalism. His willingness to listen and help made me feel valued and left a very positive impression. He is a real asset to the hotel. Farouk from housekeeping also deserves recognition; he regularly checked whether I needed anything and whether I was happy with the room’s cleanliness. I appreciated his friendly manner and consistent attention to my comfort. Thank you also to Helal at reception. A practical tip for future guests: bring water shoes, as there are rocks when entering the sea. Wi‑Fi coverage and reliability, especially in the rooms, could be improved, as could the variety of food at the buffet. Overall, Mohamed’s hospitality and Farouk’s thoughtful service made a real difference to my stay. No major issues to point out.
