The view of Etna was stunning, and I snapped some nice photos. The host was accommodating and flexible, handling a super‑late booking after a flight was cancelled at the airport.

Mrs. Tatiana was incredibly polite and made us feel at home. The view of Etna was superb, and she recommended a local café for breakfast where we were probably the only tourists, giving us a real taste of the local vibe. The inn feels like a private home—guest rooms upstairs, hosts downstairs. The best part, especially during the flight disruptions caused by Etna’s eruption, was the 24‑hour reception. Many places list “24‑hour reception” on Booking, but in Italy it usually ends at 20:00 or 22:00. Mrs. Tatiana welcomed us at night, saving our lives—thank you so much.

The bathroom offers a direct view of Etna, which is simply wonderful. The doors cannot be locked.

We arrived to Catania airport in the early hours of the morning after Mount Etna erupted meaning the car hire place was closed so we couldn't carry on our journey south of the island until the morning. We booked this lovely B&B and got in contact with the owner who was so helpful, the lady stayed up for us until we arrived, the lady made sure we had everything we needed and showed us around. The B&B was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We had a really good nights sleep. The following day the lady booked us a taxi and made us a coffee. We used Google translate to communicate with her. The B&B had great views across to Mount Etna. At night we could see the lava at the top and in the morning woke up to Mount Etna smoking, it was pretty cool! Would 100% return. Absolutely nothing at all

The host is very friendly and helpful, and we could chat with her a lot. She tries hard to help and gives good tips for sights. The accommodation is in a quiet spot with a view of Etna. The room is a bit small.
