“Very bad experience.”
I was close to Jonker Street, but the place was filthy—bed bugs everywhere, and the bedsheet and pillowcases were very dirty.

Near the city centre, this place is worth a try; the staff were friendly, the dock spoke English well, but the hotel offered only the bare essentials—just a bed and a bath, and the décor was very plain.

I booked a late‑night stay for 22/06, but when I arrived the front door was locked; I knocked repeatedly with no response, then called the two numbers listed on the door and got no answer. I asked for a refund, but the hotel said I had no show and didn’t call back, even though I had missed‑call evidence. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I urge other guests to think carefully.

The location is good. Staff ok. The room is pool environment. Wall decoration tear off, hanger bar rusty, no hanger provide, no toothpaste tooth brush, tower smelly. Only provide 1 bottle shower gel. Night time the downstairs door is open for public, not security. Personal advice not encourage for female travel customer to stay

I was really impressed with the staff at the front desk - they were super friendly and helpful. However, the rest of the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The hotel's layout is a bit of a maze, and I found it really tricky to find my room. To make matters worse, the room itself was a bit of a letdown - it was dusty and felt like it hadn't been cleaned properly in a while.
