The bed was fine, but there was no detergent for washing dishes and no paper in the bathroom, and the service was bad.
“Brilliant!”
Juan was brilliant and would do anything to help; the dorm was beautiful. Sheets, pillow, and top cover felt just like home. No bunks—everyone was on the same level with a bedside lamp and cabinet. There was a washing machine and dryer. The Peregrino menu was wonderful (cooked by his mum) and the wine was unbelievable—you couldn’t finish your glass before Juan refilled it, all for the usual €18 for a three‑course meal and wine. The atmosphere in the accommodation and the lovely restaurant and outdoor seating area were great. Highly recommend.
The room felt cold, and the staff said there would be no blanket until winter.
Comfortable beds and a very clean room, but the owner barged into my room while I was lying down just to move a clothes rail, invading my privacy, and then shouted at someone while I was on the phone; he was also rude to another guest several times, showing a real lack of customer service.
There was only one shower and one toilet per person, with no hot water; breakfast was terrible, and the dining table was only 5 feet from the bathrooms, so you could hear everything while you ate toast and watery coffee. The proprietor was okay but very pushy and not very welcoming, so I would not recommend staying here.
