Welcome at the Faulenzerhotel! Our hotel is situated in the heart of "Waldviertel" (the north-western part of Lower Austria). A perfect position to explore the rolling hills, green meadows, fresh and clear waters, large woods with mystic cult sites and fascinating miracles of nature and a perfect place to relax.

The hotel was outstanding with comfortable rooms that were adequately sized, a very fine restaurant menu, and a very good breakfast; we only stayed one night so we couldn’t use the full range of amenities, but many guests seemed to enjoy their vacation there as well.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and the evening menu was good, and the kitchen was very flexible with changes; unfortunately the Kneipp pool was not filled.
