“Inconsistent Service”

The room itself was nicely equipped on the residence side, and some of the staff, like the lady who checked us in and the server who brought room service, were both lovely. In a nice location on Line 2, the view was better than most Seoul hotels. Because the microwave in our room was broken, we decided to order room service. Unfortunately, a couple hours after eating the pepperoni pizza, we fell ill all night. It was pretty much the only thing we both ate, and both of us were sick, so I don’t think it could have been anything else. At checkout, we told the staff about the problem and there may have been a language barrier, but he was dismissive since we had paid for our room service. He said other rooms ordered pizza and didn’t have a problem, then also dismissed our broken microwave even though we were just trying to make sure they checked it before the next guest arrived. Disappointing experience given that we paid extra to stay here instead of going to the hotel we usually stay at!

Nice rooms, but the pool rules are too restrictive! You have to book to go, and children are separated from parents.

“Overall enjoyed my staying there, very comfortable and relaxing.”

Great hotel, fabulous breakfast with a variety of foods, high chairs for kids, a clean and nice room, and a good location that links to several metro lines; everything was good, but it would have helped to know beforehand that you need to bring a hair cap for the pool, although you can buy one there.
