The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and everything was clean and organized. I didn't like how the parking worked; you have to check in, leave the car outside, then come back to grab it and park it yourself. There's no valet and no luggage assistance.

Absolutely nothing worked. The room had no lights, so I didn’t stay the whole time; I had a health emergency and nobody fixed it, forcing me to leave early and cancel days. The bed was bad, the TV wouldn’t turn on, and the microwave didn’t work.

Very well situated for Congonhas or São Paulo Expo, and the restaurant is good. Because my room was run by a third party, there were missing toiletries and no bathroom light, and getting a company bill was hard—I had to push a lot.

The area is clean and the location is good, but there was a lot of noise, the acoustics were terrible, the pillows were awful, and the bed was bad.
