The location is outstanding, the facilities are very pleasing and the staff is very helpful, the property is neat, clean and very comfortable, we can recommend this property to any other travelers, the accommodation is priced well and it is good value for money. Unfortunately the weather was not to pleasing due to rain, which was expected in the rainy season, but this did not negatively influence the stay and the nice braai facilities, the undercover stoep was so nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the river front view with a hot cup of coffee.

The entire facility was well maintained. Our family stayed in the chalet, while the rest of our group was in the campsites. There was plenty of stuff for the kids to do ie Putt Putt, Boat Rides, Swimming Pools and Trampolines. The facility is close to the beach, a farmstall and a mall. Would definitely go back for a longer stay.

We loved our stay in the log cabins right on the river - the kids had a blast and the accommodation was super spacious. The pool, trampolines, and putt-putt were all great for them, and we even hired a boat to take a trip up the river. The only downside was the lighting in our cabin, which was a bit dim, and the braai area outside our cabin was a bit awkwardly placed and broken, so we ended up using the Weber on the deck instead.

The location right by the river is just stunning, and the chalets, although a bit dated in terms of furniture, are super clean, well-equipped, and cozy, with a massive terrace and breathtaking views of the river. I booked on the spot with a great rate and was even allowed to check in at 12 hours' notice. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent Wi-Fi in the chalet, and it was a nice touch that they provided water, coffee, tea, and toiletries.
