“A terrible nightmare !!!”
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, things only seemed to get worse. The water was turned off for 24 hours, and the internet connection was non-existent. The refrigerator in my room wasn't working, but it was eventually replaced after two days. I also had to wait for two days to get some toilet paper, and the TV wasn't working for four days due to a lack of signal. To top it all off, the hair dryer was also out of order for four days.
