Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Nice staff, good location in the city, good breakfast. Bad smell in the bathroom from the sewer, the room and bathroom weren’t fully cleaned, the room was renovated but still old‑fashioned, the TV had a broken remote and poor reception.

When I tried to check in, the system didn’t work at all, which was really annoying and made me hesitate to leave the hotel again that afternoon for fear of not being able to get back in.

The location is right in the middle of town, and the room was clean and comfortable. The price was too high, and there was no reception desk or breakfast service.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious enough, and it was quiet. The shower didn’t drain properly and the Wi‑Fi didn’t reach our room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the spot between the main station and Maschsee was great. The breakfast was good, though it could have had a bit more variety.
