“Sigue de largo”
The location is good, but there’s a lot to be desired otherwise. The night manager was quite rude; apparently we woke him up, but that’s his job. They should hire trained staff because nobody stays for free.
Sucked. It was a nutrigrain bar or a pack of oatmeal. Only coffee was offered as a beverage. Everything. I sent a complaint and want a refund. We checked out early and want our money back. Worst hotel I have ever walked into. Our complaint to you included 12 photos of the filth. Tubs were moldy and everything else. We were booked for 2 nights. Barely stayed 8 hours, only because it was in the middle of the night. Fighting outside our room after 1 am. Staff did nothing. Told us we have to contact you
