This hotel in Shenzhen, China, exceeded my expectations, with extremely friendly and cooperative staff, but I was disappointed by the lack of designated smoking areas.

The hotel offers a decent location and a quiet night's sleep, but falls short in providing suitable pillows for guests with specific preferences.
