The place is close to shops, but after a 12‑hour flight I couldn’t sleep because a bright emergency exit sign above my bed stayed on and I had to use a mask; the night was also a nightmare with the building’s ventilation and street noise. The room wasn’t clean—hair everywhere when we got there—and when we checked in at 3 pm the shower water was ice‑cold because of maintenance from 3‑5 pm, as the front desk had told us. There was no handsoap, so we had to buy our own.
