“Leider nicht noch mal”

The place was clean. There were absolutely no parking spaces! The building had no signage, so finding it was very difficult; entry was only possible by phone call, after which you were guided by phone. Watching TV was only possible via Zattoo, which required the TV device to be set up. In the app it would prompt “Please subscribe” every 5 minutes, which was very annoying. Breakfast had a limited selection, and when I asked for a few more cheese slices it was refused with the explanation that “what's there is fresh from this morning and there were still 2 slices of sliced cheese at 08.40 am!” Breakfast ended at 9.00 am. Extremely uncool.

A lovely historic building in the List area. The staff were friendly and flexible, accommodating individual needs.

Very clean and centrally located, and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was a bit dull, with too little variety. Yogurt in a cup felt outdated, and there were no vegetarian spreads.
