The front‑line staff were amazing. The room and bathroom were spacious, extremely clean, and made you want to stay. The pools were fantastic and offered a beautiful view from both the rooms and the pools. A standing lamp was broken on the floor when we first entered the room. I called four times, but they didn’t actually come to remove it until the next day, and it was never replaced.

Location. The suite we stayed in had no bathroom amenities, starting with facial tissues. A hotel of that category and the room we chose set expectations that were not met.
