Hello. The location is ideal between the beach and the mountains (there’s a rocky beach that drops into the sea just a two‑minute walk from the hotel, free space, plus a very clean beach right in front of a very clean sea). On‑site parking is really appreciated by the seaside. This corner of Scauri is truly very peaceful, at the foot of the Minturno hill. The atmosphere is typically Italian, with excellent staff led by Ricardo, a wonderful young man who does everything to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast includes homemade cakes. Lunch and dinner are also very good. Our two connecting rooms were very well air‑conditioned, had a large, well‑equipped terrace where we ate several times (take‑away pizza restaurant and a convenience store just behind the hotel). Two hours from Rome and one hour from Naples, on the coast with plenty of sites to visit within 45 minutes, this is a perfect location with great value for money. Thank you, Ricardo! No complaints.

The common areas are well maintained, and the hotel provides a nearby parking lot that is very convenient. The proximity to the sea and to both free and equipped beaches is highly appreciated.
