The weather was lovely and the clubhouse with all its facilities—toilets, etc.—was clean, comfortable, and pleasant to be in. When we opened the caravan door, it smelled of stale smoke and dog, which was far from enjoyable. The carpet was dirty with stains everywhere, and the upholstery looked very shabby. The camp’s speed limit was 10 mph, but nobody seemed to follow it, making it dangerous with children running around and kids on electric scooters ignoring others. The caravan toilet got blocked; a maintenance man came, claimed he’d fixed it, but when we tried it after he left it was blocked again. We didn’t report it again because we had another toilet in the caravan. The caravan door didn’t stay open and the lock was broken.
