Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
No positives. I waited 40 minutes to get into the room because the air‑conditioning wasn't working and the front desk had no solution. I then waited 3 hours for someone to come up to the room, which was at 40 °C and I couldn't rest. In the end they changed my room and the receptionist gave us bad looks without apologising.

El desayuno bien pero a las 9.10 am solicité huevos revueltos y me contestan no hay más, el proveedor no trajo. Increíble repuesta hacia un cliente. La culpa la tiene otro, no yo. Así echamos a perder la calificación del hotel. En la noche una chica sola atendiendo los check-in, muy bien pero no da abasto. En la mañana lo mismo, otra chica sola atendía la recepción y daba desayunos. La de dirección indicada por Booking, Carrer Rei Jaume I 4, no corresponde. La correcta según el hotel es la misma calle pero número 5b, es decir en otra cuadra. Bastante difícil de ubicar ya que está detrás de un supermercado y la señalización es muy mala. A pesar que en Booking se indica parking sin cargo se me cobró 15 euros y quiero que me los devuelvan. Esto es falta de seriedad

Good. The parking fee and the smell in the bathroom were the only negatives.
