Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was marred by several issues. Upon arrival, I found it unclear where to park, and the surrounding area was icy and poorly maintained. The stairs leading up to the entrance were also uneven, which made it difficult to navigate with a heavy suitcase. To make matters worse, there was no elevator, and the carpet had a rather unpleasant stain on it. Additionally, I was initially charged an extra $50 for damages, but fortunately, it was later waived.
