I liked the hotel and the care for guests. Special thanks to Imperial Palace Hotel EVN for arranging the transfer. I booked a room for my mother and grandmother because their connecting flight was delayed. We arranged the hotel transfer online during booking, and the hotel driver met my relatives at the airport upon arrival and also safely brought them back for departure. The hotel itself was also comfortable.

The host was absolutely amazing, picked me up from the airport late at night. The room was huge and very close to the airport—less than 10 minutes by car.
