The vibe was great, both the atmosphere and the friendly staff. The lobby feels like a chill hang‑out, really cool, but turning the music down a little would be ideal. The rooftop lounge is fantastic. The room was spotless and had a fresh, fun style. Check‑in took over an hour before the rooms were ready, which is understandable with staff shortages and a full hotel, but only one staff member seemed unfriendly while everyone else went above and beyond. A $100 hold was placed for incidentals, and as an event planner I know this is normal, yet the hold still hasn't been removed from my account, which is a bit concerning.
