“Una buona soluzione per passare qualche giorno a Genzano.”
The location and room space were good, but the cleanliness could be improved.

We came from Sicily and needed a place to sleep on the road, so we chose a spot by the lake with a low price and late check‑in. The balcony offered a nice view of the lake. Contacting the property was a whole quest. The bed creaked with every movement, there was a smell in the apartment. When I turned on the fan I thought it would fly away; its sound was like a jet engine. The apartment sounded like it had paper walls. The bedding and towels were clean, but they didn’t feel clean. In the bathroom, dust hung from the walls.

The apartments are really big and the location is good. We stayed one night before a flight home. There’s a large balcony‑terrace, but it’s only usable when it’s not hot. The house was very clean, but the towels were washed with a strong detergent that irritated the skin. The kitchen had a lot of appliances, but the smell of baking didn’t leave a pleasant impression. There were no air‑conditioners; the fans made a loud noise. We slept, or more precisely didn’t sleep, at 30°; the fan didn’t help much. Overall, all the furniture needs updating. The price is definitely too high for the comfort.

The location, cleanliness, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the host were great. One bed was very wobbly.

I needed a one‑night stay to meet some friends, so I booked a couple of nights here, which was perfect for visiting the castles. The room got too hot without air conditioning—just a fan, and at 38 °C outside it was hard to sleep at night.
