The staff were friendly and helpful, and the reception was open 24 hours. First‑floor rooms can be a bit noisy, but the second‑floor room was peaceful. They need to regularly check the WC for cleaning, replenish toilet roll, and change the shower mat. It’s disappointing that they don’t, especially since the receptionist never does much.
The hotel sits close to Medan's city centre and plenty of shops and restaurants, but the rooms lack windows.

A third party cancelled my reservation after I had already arrived by taxi, wasting my time and money, and they demanded I rebook at a price 50 % higher than the original room rate.
