The location is excellent, the sea view from the window is stunning, breakfasts are delicious, the pool is wonderful and clean, and the staff are always ready to help.

Everything about Crowne was great: Ela and Sedat at reception were very kind and helpful, and the rooms were very clean.

“Clean and picturesque but bar staff terrible and drinks prices expensive.”

The property and pool area were very clean, but the staff who didn’t speak English well just said yes when they didn’t understand us instead of clarifying. We had a terrible experience at the lobby bar: they were distracted, we waited a long time for our drinks, many were missed, and they even tried to charge us again for drinks we had already paid for. The drinks were extremely expensive.

We liked the proximity to the beach promenade and the friendly reception staff. The sea‑view room was spacious, clean, and was cleaned daily if requested. We only booked breakfast, which offered a wide selection of hot and cold items and had a cooking station where omelets were made fresh. The pool was never crowded, so there were always free loungers. Towels were free, and bathrobes were also provided. The lounge mats were partly dirty and worn, and the umbrellas had already outlived their prime.

“I was very disappointed. I had high expectations.”

The spot is great, but the breakfast was disappointing and some staff were quite rude.
