On 24.09.2026 I corrected my earlier comment: I actually paid 99€ instead of 109€. The rest of my opinion stays the same, with a few additions. Because of that mistake, the next day in the Caldas de Reis – Padrón area, a young lady from Hotel Lotus called me a few kilometers from Padrón to point out the error. Her tone was utterly unacceptable; she raised her voice even though I told her I was exhausted and arriving in Padrón. She mentioned stories about them paying Booking a 20% commission, which made the room more expensive, and that if I had booked through them the price would have been different. She also said Booking offered a room that I apparently didn’t need, but there was no other option. I explained repeatedly until she stopped, saying I use Booking as the fastest and safest way to organize my Camino de Santiago. Therefore I correct the price: it was 99€, not 109€. However, her manner of speaking forces me to lower my opinion on the personal treatment. PRIOR NOTE: The room was clean. I stayed in a triple room that cost 109€, with only two people sleeping, while a double room was 79€. They told me that was because there was no other option.
“Nice hotel during Camiño”
The room felt very modern, but it was hard to find, so the outdoor signage could use improvement.

The rooms and beds were great, but the staff’s attention left something to be desired, and there was no place to heat water or make coffee.
The room was huge, which was fantastic.
