The staff were warm and welcoming, the place stayed spotless, and someone was always around to lend a hand. Austin and Nina at the front desk made sure the kids and I felt right at home. I’d definitely recommend this spot and can’t wait to book again. The only tweak would be to open the facilities a bit later for late arrivals.

The hotel was clean, smack in the city center, and the team was friendly and helpful. No particular issues. All in all, a pleasant stay.

The staff—Anaisa, Patrice, and Yann—were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home as soon as I arrived, but the pool and other facilities only open until 2100, so I wish they stayed open until 2400.
